Help Anybody?

The submission thingy isn't working for me! I don't know why, but it wont let me submit anything. I can't add text, and it wont take the file version of it. I'm not sure if there was an update and I just didn't catch it, but it isn't working. Help Anybody?

Sorry to spam you with Journals, but I'd like to ask you for a little advice if you don't mind commenting. I have an old friend who I've been on and off with for a while. He's awesome and fun and amazing when he's not upset with me. But when he's angry, he shuts me out and gains a "hatred" for me without reason. I feel like I have to tip-toe around him, and I'm starting to become intimidated of my own friend. Recently, he became furious with me and was the most verbally hostile that he had ever been before.
